A construction budget is not a national ₹/sq ft number.
The same house can cost materially different amounts depending on where it is built, how accessible the site is, which materials are locally available, what trades are present, and how the building is specified.
Vasundhara Cost Intelligence is being built as a regional rate-analysis system first and a public estimator second. The public number must come from the underlying construction logic.
