A working construction-cost computer using published government Schedule of Rates available online. Chhattisgarh is now built against the current Modified Building SOR effective 10 June 2026, with verified current extracts layered over the wider working library.

CHHATTISGARH BUILD-OUT: current 2026 PWD SOR rates are the controlling reference. Verified extracts override older transcription of the same SOR item. Rates are composite where the SOR says so: labour is not added again. VAT/GST is not silently assumed.

Every non-zero query result is repeated here as an auditable calculation: quantity × published rate = amount. The ledger records the exact SOR item, effective date, unit, source basis and verification state used for each line. Allowances and explicit tax are then shown separately, so nothing is hidden inside the total.

Method: Σ(quantity × published SOR rate). No national ₹/sq-ft shortcut, no hidden labour uplift, no invented market rate. The Chhattisgarh 10-06-2026 SOR states that its rates exclude VAT/GST unless specified and include labour, materials, machinery, testing, royalty and other execution inputs.

Important: This SOR computer is a government-rate reference model. The forthcoming detailed Vasundhara estimator will add separately evidenced materials, labour, freight, equipment, professional services, statutory costs, taxes and project-specific quantities. Components already embedded in a composite SOR must not be added again.
