SKILLED FORCE · INDIVIDUAL CRAFT & MATERIAL DOSSIERS

Know the craft. Test the hand. Deploy the capability.

This is the next layer of Vasundhara's human-capital atlas: individual dossiers for people who work with stone, timber, lime, earth, bamboo, metal, tile, plaster, paint and specialist fabrication. A region is a lead for investigation—not a guarantee of competence.

01 · DOSSIER STANDARD

Every craft is evaluated as a project capability.

A beautiful portfolio is not enough. Vasundhara needs to know what a craftsperson can actually make, at what tolerance, with which tools, in what crew, under what site conditions, for what price and schedule, and whether the work survives transport and installation.

01

Material fluency

Can the person grade, select, prepare, cut, shape, join, finish and protect the material?

02

Process fluency

Can the person execute the specified process repeatedly rather than produce one exceptional sample?

03

Site fluency

Can the person read details, coordinate with other trades, sequence work and handle actual site constraints?

04

Evidence

Work samples, references, practical tests, measurements and completed installations establish competence.

06 · VASUNDHARA VERIFICATION STANDARD

We do not recruit the title. We verify the capability.

The atlas should become a living evidence system. A person or crew becomes deployable only after the relevant evidence has been checked against the work package.

Evidence

Show completed work

Record where, when, what scope, what material, what crew and what the person personally executed. Separate personal work from workshop/team output.

Practical

Test a representative detail

Use a small paid or supervised test where feasible. Measure the actual attributes that matter: tolerance, finish, repeatability, speed and defect rate.

Deployment

Test the project reality

Confirm mobility, crew capacity, tools, accommodation, language, safety, lead time, supervision needs and ability to coordinate with professionals.

Important: Regional references in these dossiers are sourcing leads. They are not guarantees, rankings or stereotypes. Regulated professional responsibilities and structural decisions remain with appropriately qualified professionals; craft competence does not substitute for engineering, statutory approval or site safety requirements.
SKILLED FORCE · CONTINUING BUILD

Next: turn these dossiers into searchable regional clusters and project staffing records.

Each verified record will eventually carry evidence, competency level, crew capacity, tools, mobility, lead time, rate basis, project-stage fit, dependencies, quality tests and current availability.
