Launch Strategy

Launch gates, leadership requirements, customer acquisition and first-project selection.

Purpose

This section isolates the launch strategy layer of the Indore–Malwa operating model so the dossier remains navigable rather than becoming one uncontrolled document.

Control Principle

Every practice must have an owner, a source of truth and evidence that it was actually performed.

Decision Gate

Progress is authorised by demonstrated readiness—not optimism, urgency or informal assurances.

Operating Outcome

The objective is repeatable, accountable execution that can later be replicated in additional Indian theatres.

Development status

This page is now the dedicated destination for substantive passes in this domain. The earlier PASS 1–280 roadmap remains the master architecture; future development will deepen each topic here with actual operating logic, evidence, templates and decision criteria rather than repeated placeholder paragraphs.

SUBSTANTIVE DEVELOPMENT · CURRENT PASS

Working doctrine

These sections replace the initial framework-only treatment with actual strategic and operating conclusions. Each topic is intended to create a decision rule, evidence requirement or management control that can be tested in the Indore launch.

Launch Strategy

The launch must be governed by hard readiness gates rather than enthusiasm, branding activity or the arrival of any available project.

Leadership Gate

The first critical requirement is a credible execution lead with authority, technical judgement, commercial discipline and the ability to build trust with clients and suppliers.

Customer Acquisition Gate

The company should validate specific acquisition channels and record which trust ecosystem produces qualified prospects rather than treating all enquiries as equivalent.

First Project Gate

The first contract should function as a controlled pilot: clear client authority, manageable complexity, documented scope, viable contribution and acceptable cash exposure.

Commercial Gate

No project proceeds without defined contribution expectations, payment architecture, variation control and an explicit understanding of warranty and supplier exposure.

Operating Readiness Gate

The minimum toolkit must exist before mobilisation: qualification, scope, risk, procurement, QA, reporting, change and handover controls.

Capital Gate

Corporate commitments should remain proportionate to proven demand. Permanent overhead should follow evidence of repeatable project density.

Launch Decision

Authorise launch only when leadership, pipeline, project economics and operating controls are simultaneously credible. A partial launch creates uncontrolled dependencies.
