House-Level Quantity Sanity Audit
A diagnostic layer for the pricing POC. Quantities are generated from the same shared calculation core used by the live pricing engine. The geometry model derives wall quantities from footprint perimeter, floor height and openings; RCC remains a provisional structural-volume coefficient. Masonry brick yield and mortar consumption remain provisional in the POC, while the separate production engine requires normalized brick geometry/yield evidence before release. This is an audit of assumptions and geometry—not a construction estimate or quotation.

Next release gate
Replace proxy geometry with drawing/BOQ take-off → capture two independent delivered-site component quotes → capture two independent productivity observations per family → capture route-specific logistics → reconcile bottom-up assemblies against government work-item benchmarks → release only after all production gates pass.
