Evidence Intake Workbench

Normalize supplier quotations, invoices, field observations and other evidence before it can enter the regional rate book.

RESEARCH / VALIDATION WORKBENCH. A single observation can become observed only. It can never become corroborated by this form alone; corroboration requires cross-record review of independent evidence.

Active field-validation queue

The current priority is not generic price collection. Capture the minimum evidence needed to unlock an assembly, then move on.

01 — Indore brick
Two independent dated quotes for normalized 9×4×3 in / equivalent clay brick; GST, freight and delivery explicit.
02 — Raipur brick
Same commercial and technical gate for a representative Raipur supply basis.
03 — Indore + Raipur cement/sand
Two independent observations for each compatible grade/source; do not infer bag/CFT conversions.
04 — Masonry productivity
Two comparable crew observations with crew composition, labour cost, measured output and access/lifting conditions.
05 — Plaster productivity
Comparable 12 mm / 15 mm observations with substrate, scaffolding, crew and sqm/day output.

Once a packet passes its gate, its validated component evidence is reusable across compatible assemblies. It does not automatically become an installed assembly rate.

Production quote protocol

Use this workbench for one dated quotation or field observation at a time. The record remains observed until independently corroborated; it never becomes a production rate merely because validation checks pass.

1. Define exact specification and unit.
2. Capture basic rate, GST, freight and delivery basis separately.
3. Record supplier/source identity and independence group.
4. Capture documentary evidence and quote validity.
5. Create a second independent observation before corroboration review.

New observation

Hard blocks include range-only evidence, unknown GST, unknown freight, unknown delivery point, missing date and inferred rates. Corroboration is a cross-record state: at least two independent observations with compatible technical identity and explicit commercial basis must be reviewed together.
